本文借鉴了前人的研究成果，对目前连锁企业的财务管理的状况进行了分析。首先阐述了连锁企业财务管理的特征，然后揭示了我国的连锁企业财务管理方面的现状，继而从财务计划、投资分析、成本控制、核算规范、财务结算、资金管理、财务报告、财务咨询、公司审计等各个方面进行研究，并提出如下观点：要解决中国本土连锁经营企业出现的问题，只有走“规范化、制度化、系统化”之路，才能使连锁企业不断扩张，降低交易成本，增强企业的竞争能力。
