摘要:平衡计分卡是一个将企业的战略落实到可行的目标、可衡量的指标和目标值上的一个战略实施工具。它促使高层管理人员从财务、客户、内部经营过程和学习与成长四个角度平衡定义企业的战略;分析它们的相关性及其链接;根据对目标值结果的跟踪分析,尽早发现问题,及时调整战略、目标和目标值;建立战略实施的架构以确定重点。
