在知识经济时代，知识产权对经济增长和国际贸易的作用日渐重大，知识产权保护也成为各国高度重视的热点问题，我国在知识产权保护中存在的一些问题导致我国在对外贸易中遭遇某些不公，为此，我们要加强我国对外贸易知识产权保护，以促进我国对外贸易既快又好的发展。本文将着重分析知识产权保护对我国对外贸易的影响，通过对国际知识产权保护现状、国际贸易与知识产权保护的关系的分析，阐述国际知识产权保护对我国对外贸易的影响，并提出加强知识产权保护的基本方略及我国企业在对外贸易中解决知识产权问题的方法，力争使文章的论述兼具理论意义和现实意义。

In the era of knowledge-based economy, the intellectual property rights has played an increasingly important role in the international trade and economic growth, and the intellectual property protection has also become the hot issue that arouses many countries’s great attention.In China, some problems existing in intellectual property protection have aroused some injustice in the Chinese foreign trade. Hence, in order to facilitate the good and fast development of the foreign trade, we must strengthen the protection of intellectual property rights. This essay will emphasis on analysizing influence of the intellectual property rights to our foreign trade.
