在信息经济时代，我国企业已经逐步意识到在激烈的市场竞争环境中，必须彻底摆脱以往陈旧的管理手段和经营观念，将信息技术和最前沿的科学管理方法导入企业的管理机制，才能不被社会所淘汰。因此，我国企业信息化建设的研究就成为一个热点问题。
本文就是针对我国企业信息化建设以及其中存在的问题进行了一定的探索。首先解释了企业信息化的定义、作用和目标，接下来从我国企业内外部环境入手，总结分析了我国企业信息化建设中存在的主要问题，最后，针对我国企业信息化建设中存在的种种问题提出相应的解决办法。

During the information and economy age, the chinese enterprises have realised that in the environment of fierce market competition, the only method that can prevent themselves from being eliminated is that they have to completely get rid of the outdated management instruments and business concept and guide information technology and the cutting-edge method of scientifical management into the management mechanism of the enterprises.
