摘 要:本实验以鲜食葡萄为试材,通过不同的采收期实验,观察测定采收期对葡萄采后贮藏品质和保鲜的影响,结果表明采收期不同可显著影响葡萄采后好果率,含糖量,硬度,失重,其中过早采收会造成果实失水严重,硬度下降快。过迟采收,硬度变化大,好果率低,适时采收葡萄果实的失水率低,好果率高,可溶性固形物含量变化幅度小。有利于葡萄的贮存保鲜。
