摘要
对于高度依赖于网络的今天，数据安全和可用性对企业的生存和发展至关重要，网络的开放性以及其他方面因素导致了很多重要数据的保护存在很多安全问题。然而，即使在使用了现有的安全工具和机制的情况下，数据的安全仍然存在很大隐患。保证数据的安全，就是保证企业的安全。如果网络数据的安全得不到保证，那么对网络的大量投资就失去了意义。
想要保证企业数据安全，那么首先企业本身就必须在数据安全方面引起重视。在此基础上，企业数据安全问题归根结底主要就是两个方面的安全问题，一个是在网络中的数据安全问题，一个是本身存储在硬件中的数据安全问题。企业数据的安全问题就要从这两个方面来解决。
网络安全是一个系统的工程，不能仅仅依靠防火墙等单个的系统，而需要仔细考虑系统的安全需求，并将各种安全技术，如密码技术等结合在 一起，才能生成一个高效、通用、安全的网络系统。
各种自然灾害和突发事件都有可能导致企业数据丢失，由此造成系统瘫痪。数据丢失在多数企业看来不可避免。数据备份是容灾的基础，是指为防止系统出现操作失误或系统故障导致数据丢失，而将全部或部分数据集合从应用主机的硬盘或阵列复制到其它的存储介质的过程。
网络数据安全和本地数据安全，两个方面缺一不可，只有考虑到这两个方面才能从技术上保证企业数据的安全。再有了制度上的保障，采用制度加技术的双重保险，那么企业就可以高枕无忧了。

In nowadays, people depend on the internet very much. So the safty and practicality of the data is vital to the survival and development of companys. The open internet and other factors cause lots of safty problems of the protection of important data. There are still many bugs in the protection of important data although with the help of the present safty tools and systems. The safty of the data means the safty of the company. If it is not well done, the plentiful nvestment in the internet will be nonsense. To do this, the company should pay more attention to the protection of the important data. On the basic of that, the safty of the data stems from two safty problems. One is the safty of the data in the internet, the other is the safty problem of the data stored in the hard disk. We should solve the problem through these two factors.
