摘要 现代工程机械工作时承受载荷的情况日益复杂,并且向着高速高载的趋向发展。它们各部分的结构在工作时需要通过严密的安全性监测,以确保整个工作系统在安全的状态下进行工作。应变测量技术是能满足工程结构的各种监测要求的一种应用技术,并且实用性强,操作简便。而其中技术最完善和成熟,并且在结构监测中最广泛应用的是电阻应变测量技术。
本论文以A型简易门式起重机为测试对象,并给予起重机固定的工作起重量。通过计算确定其各部分结构的危险点,并以此为测点,应用DH3817动静态应变测试分析系统,测试该起重机在工作时各测点的应力应变,发现当吊重位于主梁跨中时起重机处于最危险工作状态,然后针对在最危险工作状态下的危险点进行强度和稳定性校核,判断出该起重机在给定的工作条件工作时处于安全状态。
随着电阻应变测量技术朝着多点、高精度、数字化、自动化和数据自动处理的方向发展,一定会在的结构健康监测中扮演更重要的角色。
