本文应用正规溶液模型及亚正规模型对锆基合金的混合焓进行计算,并将实验无法测量的数据,通过正规溶液模型计算进行预测,发现体系的对称性越好,该体系的越符合正规溶液模型。
当组元浓度位于浓度范围的两端时,也就是浓度相差越多时,体系的对称性越好。应用正规溶液模型及亚正规溶液模型的预测结果就越好。而当组元浓度接近0.5时,应用正规溶液模型及亚正规溶液模效果就稍差一些。对于大多数锆基合金体系,如果体系组元的结构性质越相似,则越适合应用正规溶液模型预测。
在对12组二元系以及10组三元系数据进行预测过程中发现,由于锆基合金的固有特性,使得很多试验的难度大大提高,而应用正规溶液模型及亚正规溶液模型对实验不能达到的浓度范围进行预测,供其他材料制备和冶金工作者参考。
相对于正规溶液模型而言,亚正规溶液模型预测值更接近实验值,亚正规溶液模型的适用性更强,并且优于正规溶液模型。
