中国农业的最大问题莫过于农村剩余劳动力问题。农村剩余劳动力的大量存在，不仅从根本上制约了农业劳动生产率的提高，在一定程度上也制约了农民收入的增加，已成为制约农村经济乃至国民经济发展后劲不足的重要因素，并对于我国社会的稳定有着直接影响。本文主要是针对我国现行农村劳动力转移的情况进行系统的调查和研究，以文献分析的方法，对相关的概念、理论模型以及发展现状进行阐述和初步的分析，再以山西省阳泉市为例，运用定量分析的方法来全面的了解农村劳动力转移的现状、特征和农村劳动力转移中存在的问题，最后运用计量分析法来分析农村劳动力转移的制约因素。通过对理论和实证分析资料的筛选和分析归纳出影响我国农村劳动力转移的主要因素，进而分析这一现象对我国经济、社会的影响，结合分析的内容提出相应的应对策略，以引导农村剩余劳动力快速有序的转移。
