1.当表语从句含有“从中选择”之意时用which而不用that.

2.表语从句为陈述语气时常用that而不用which（除去第一种情况外）
3.疑问句中两者均可（除去第一种情况外）

that在此引导一个从句，是个固定用法

that ,前面是一个系动词，后面用that 构成表语从句。所以不能用which。
