对80份云南大麦杂交后的自交材料的γ-氨基丁酸(GABA)、黄酮以及抗性淀粉(RS)含量进行了测定。结果表明,不同功能性成份的含量在不同组合中含量高低不一致,可以从现在品系中选择出一些材料升级到鉴定圃进行品种鉴定,而对于低含量品系则可进行淘汰。在大麦高功能性成份含量育种中,应注意选择适合的母本进行杂交。GABA与黄酮含量呈极显著负相关,这一结果为进一步大麦杂交育种及后代的选择提供了理论依据。
