The connected component of TWT's collector during the welding process, due to the difference of heat expansion coefficient which generates heat stress between components, will contribute to the deformation of each component and influence various performance indicators and working life of the traveling wave tube. Using ANSYS software of TWT to conduct the heat stress analysis for the connected component belong to the traveling wave tube will get the size and distribution of the heat stress under a different structure and different materials, and find out a method of relieving the heat stress and the heat deformation for providing a reference to the further optimization design of traveling wave tube.
