随着中国证券市场的迅速发展,伴随经济危机的考验,证券公司所面临的竞争异常激烈。国内券商经营思路也由原来的以硬件为核心的经营模式转向以客户为核心的营销模式,以客户为中心被提升到前所未有的高度,但客户的需求和投资愿望随市场整体的变化而相应提高到新的水平,并由此形成顾客就是上帝的客户服务理念。证券公司面对这种情况,如何成功、有效地开展客户关系管理工作,在客户资源不流失的基础上开发潜在客户资源,成为履待研究的重要课题。
