结构在风荷载、地震荷载及其它动荷载的作用下会产生结构振动,这种振动的频繁发生有可能导致构件的过早疲劳破坏,严重时还可能造成生命财产的损失。其中,风灾是自然灾害中发生最频繁的一种。众所周知,风是大气边界层内空气流动的现象,并且其流动的速度、方向具有时间、空间随机变化的特征。它有重量和速度,在流动过程中会对结构物产生一定的作用力,这种作用力实质是风与结构物相互作用的结果。输电塔线体系承受的荷载特别是风荷载往往相当大,常常会因风荷载而造成结构体系严重破坏,从而导致供电系统瘫痪,给社会经济带来重大损失。因此,大跨越高压输电塔线体系在风荷载下的结构动力特性及其相应的安全性已成为研究热点。
本文结合近20年来国内外的研究成果,首先简要介绍了高压输电塔线体系风致振动的研究内容和现状,然后从风致振动的研究对象、风致振动的机理和风致振动的分析方法3个方面,分别探讨了高压输电塔线体系风致振动研究发展的现状和所面临的问题,最后对塔线体系风致振动研究,利用小波分析为工具,用MATLAB编写程序[1-2]实现有载荷功率谱到风速-时间历程,为铁塔的设计提供技术支持。
