降水是水资源的重要组成部分,是生态系统不可缺少的要素,同土地能源等构成人类经济与发展的基本条件。降水是一个主要气候因子,降水量的多少和时空分布,直接影响到农牧业生产、生态环境、居民生产生活和社会经济的发展。在城市水环境系统和流域水环境系统中雨水作为一种上天赐予的宝贵资源,起着十分重要的作用。城市雨水资源化就是通过规划和设计,采取相应的工程措施,将汛期雨水蓄积起来并作为一种可用水源的过程,可在一定程度上解决城市缺水及洪灾风险的双重问题,与其他开源方法相比具有明显的经济效益。
降水量即从天空降落到地面上的雨水,未经蒸发、渗透、流失而在水面上积聚的水层深度,我们称为降雨量,它可以直观地表示降雨的多少。目前,水资源问题面临严重的考验,国内外对降水问题都极为关注,降水的分析问题成为世界关注的焦点问题。随着科学技术的进步,水文科学研究内容不断发展更新,既有微观的水文学问题,也有宏观的水文学问题。
通过对鞍山市4个雨量站1957~2006年降水资料的统计计算和频率分析,探讨了鞍山市降水的时空分布特征及其变化趋势,结果表明:鞍山市多年平均年降水量为739.62 mm ,多年平均降水量变差系数为0.26 ;降水量年际年内变化极不均匀,汛期(6~9 月) 的降水量占年降水量的70%左右。
