本系统的实现目标是对哈尔滨三所电脑耗材销售公司的企业信息数据进行系统的管理。一个好的销售系统应能给企业决策者和管理者提供全方位的销售流程和实时的信息查询，并且可以统计出某段时间内的产品销售量，为企业提供一个全面的信息化平台，来提高工作效率，加强对企业销售这一环节的全盘掌控，使决策者能够完全清楚和控制销售这一个和企业经济直接相关联的重要过程。该销售系统是针对哈尔滨三所电脑耗材销售公司的销售过程大量业务处理工作而开发的管理软件。根据该企业的实际情况，实现基本销售情况管理。销售人员通过输入进货、销售等一系列的信息，由系统自行生成相应的统计数据及各类统计报表以供管理者查询、打印,另外销售人员还可以对这些基本信息进行定期的更新。销售系统力求给管理者及销售人员提供方便快捷的途径去管理这些繁琐的数据。根据对该公司业务总体的分析，将整个系统划分为5个子模块，即：系统设置模块、数据维护模块、查询模块、统计模块、单据打印模块。
经过对该公司的实际需求的分析，我采用了VB6.0与Access2000作为本系统的开发软件和运行环境来实现典型的销售管理系统。利用其提供的各种面向对象的开发工具，尤其是数据窗口这一功能方便而简洁操纵数据库的智能化对象，首先在短时间内建立系统应用原型，然后，对初始原型系统进行需求迭代，不断修正和改进,直到形成满意的可行系统。
