百合为百合科(Liliaceae)百合属(Lilium)的球根花卉,世界上约有920余种,我国约有46种,占世界总数的51%。随着市场经济的发展，食用百合，尤其是鲜切花百合市场广阔，种球的需求量也大幅上升。其中鳞片片繁殖是百合种球生产过程中的关键环节。本课题以东方百合‘Sorbonne’为试验试材，研究了外源GA3、IBA和两种植物生长调节剂互作以及不同温度培养对鳞片繁殖的影响。结果表明：IBA处理使鳞片形成小鳞茎的时间延后，但培养时间足够长时极显著提高了鳞片繁殖系数，其中IBA-100 mg/L-2h处理繁殖系数最高，达到3.33，而小鳞茎的直径低于GA3处理及对照。IBA处理的生根量极显著高于GA3处理和对照。GA3处理可在相对较短时间内促进小鳞茎膨大，但若延长培养时间，对照也可达到同样效果。IBA与GA3互作处理后既降低了小鳞茎的数量，又不利于小鳞茎的膨大。5℃低温预处理可在短时间内促进小鳞茎膨大，并显著增加小鳞茎的重量，相同温度培养条件下，GA3处理的小鳞茎重量极显著大于IBA处理。5℃低温处理对小鳞茎生根量影响不大，能显著降低鳞片生根量。
