如果说trouble is my friend意思是说：麻烦是我的朋友

这是英语语言与中文的不同

a friend of mine说麻烦是我的朋友之一
而trouble is my friend只是单单阐述了麻烦是我的朋友
至于歌曲，很有可能是作者为了追求歌词对称或押韵等目标。更或者，作者本身想说明的就是“麻烦是我的朋友之一”而不是“麻烦是我的朋友”
