鸡蛋的品质检测是禽蛋生产、经营、加工过程中的重要环节之一。鉴于人工检测劳动量大，效率低，准确性差。通过对目前国内外鸡蛋品质检测及分级系统的现状研究，建立了鸡蛋外观品质动态检测及分级系统。主要研究内容如下：
1） 建立鸡蛋品质检测翻转机构实体模型。通过查阅相关资料，分析鸡蛋品质检测方面存在的问题，确定机构方案，建立实体模型。机构实现了种蛋的动态检测，鸡蛋能够平稳、均匀的翻转和输送，将鸡蛋以合适的且不断变化的位置和姿态呈现在机器视觉系统内。
2） 机器视觉系统的设计。机器视觉系统主要包括光照箱、摄像头、计算机等。机器视觉系统能够准确、有效、全面的实时被检测鸡蛋的品质特征信息如鸡蛋的重量、蛋形、脏斑、蛋壳颜色等外部特征。
3） 分级系统的设计
分级系统主要来完成鸡蛋的具体分级。通过控制模块将鸡蛋的位置信息传递给分级机构，分级机构执行动作，完成鸡蛋的分级。

One of important link in the process designing that general situation egg quality checks is that the poultry and egg produces , manages , processes. Detecting quantity of work is big according to the manpower , inefficient , accuracy are bad. By the fact that face to face at present, egg quality checking and classifying systematically at home and abroad, current situation has studied , built egg outward appearance quality development detecting and classification system. Study content mainly as follows:
(1) builds egg quality detecting overturning the organization entity model. By looking up the relevance data , analysing an egg, quality checks aspect have problem , ascertains the organization scheme , builds the entity model.
