变反意疑问句,为什么

everyone knows his job,__?
everyone knows their job ,__?请说明理由

两个都是 don't they?
这个是特殊的 就是这样用 没什么好解释的
或者用 doesn't he?
不过前者常用一点

everyone knows their job ,none does?理由就没有了。。这是英语一定的语法~~~~~
