Additions conditional
A handling charge of USD 90 will be deducted from the proceeds of each set of documents hereunder which contains discrepancies and which we elect to honor.
An extra copy of the commercial invoice and transport document must be presented for issuing bank/issuer s retention and disposal/ if not presented, a fee of USD 10 will be deducted from payment proceeds.
If any instructions accompanying a drawing under this letter of credit request that payment is to be made by transfer to an account with us or at another bank, we and/or other bank may rely on an account number specified in such instructions even if the number identifies a person or entity different from the intended payee.
