Within the specified period, XX company is not permitted to conduct itself as an agent or to deal, within the boundaries of China, in other merchandises of the same kind or of similarity as are stipulated in the letter of authorization.
During this period, XX company may engage in the business agent within the territory of China with other or the authorization of the same or similar goods.
In the meantime, XX company or agent shall not engage in other business in China with the similar power of attorney or similar goods.
