9、负责酒店生活水池、消防水池的清洗，楼层水箱、膨胀水箱及辅件等的维修保养。
10、按维修保养计划对上述系统进行维护、保养。
11、完成上级交办的其他工作事项。
12、负责各班次按设备巡检制度进行检检。
13、统计每天酒店的水量、煤气的能耗日报表。
