keep you healthy 是正确的。意思是：XX让你保持健康。

keep后面要加 sb 再加adj. 意思是，保持某人怎么样。此时人后面一定是形容词。
比如 i keep the fish alive我让鱼活着。

health是名词，不能这么用，应该是keep you healthy

keep you healthy是对的
keep you health应该把you改成your
