加入硼氢化钠(0.6g,15毫摩尔)在反应后的混合物中,室温下再搅拌反应3小时。

然后加入氨水(2摩尔/升,25毫升)中止反应,将得到的无机沉淀滤出,并用乙酸乙酯洗涤(25mL两次)。分离出有机层,剩下的水层加入乙酸乙酯萃取(25mL两次)。

将有机层合并,用盐酸(1摩尔/L,30毫升)萃取分离掉中性材料。

将酸性水层用乙酸乙酯(50毫升)洗涤,然后用硼氢化钠溶液(2摩尔/升)调节至pH 10~12,再用乙酸乙酯萃取(50毫升三次)。
