国际贸易当中可以给客户开低于正常价值的商业发票吗？

我们收到客户的询盘，要求我们做到三点：1. Provide us with an invoice with the amount on our demand (lower than actual price)2. Sign and seal the contract which we will send you with our conditions and prices (for our use ONLY)3. Accept payments through 2 different accounts (from two countries) 不知道这样做会不会有什么风险？可以这样做吗？请高手帮忙回复！多谢！

不会有什么风险,客户是为了避税而要求我们这样做的。你可以满足他的要求。

客户为了避税、清关等采取这种措施，我们经常做这样的单子，只让我们出两个发票。至今还没发生任何问题！
