乙方违反知识产权约定导致工作成果侵犯第三方合法权益，乙方应按照甲方的要求负责处理，同时向甲方支付违约金不低于 100 万元人民币。

Should the Work Product infringe legitimate interests of any third party due to Party B's breach of this Intellectual Property Agreement, Party B shall upon Party A's request be responsible for dealing with any claims arising from the said infringement and shall pay 1 million RMB(Renminbi) to Party A for breach of contract.
