Use of the A Hotels and Resorts by the Company’s Employees:
The Company shall use all reasonable endeavors to ensure that a corporate accounts representative of A or Purchaser (as the case may be) has an opportunity to negotiate and agree with a Company representative on competitive corporate rates which would apply to all employees and affiliates of the Company and on the basis that, subject to reaching such agreement, the Hotels managed by A would be appointed as being a preferred hotel group for all employees and affiliates of the Company. Such appointment shall not represent a commitment to purchase occupancy.
