1.Defect Symptom：
螺丝孔锁付不良。
2.Problem Analysis：
铆钉内孔径过大，螺丝锁入后无法锁紧，造成螺丝空转。
3.Corrective Action：
1.Hood NSU目前库存。立即对客户端及NSU厂内的C Cover进行Sorting.
2.增加要求生产使用1.4 mm pin gauge 100%测量铆钉孔径，确保产品孔径≤1.4 mm。
3.通知供应商此不良现象，并要求供应商导入使用1.4 mm pin gauge 100%测量铆钉孔径。
4.将此不良现象知会NSU ASSY 现场人员。

inner bore of rivet the is too big to cage screw, which lead to the ocurrence of idling.
current stocks of Hood NSU. Sorting all the current cover in the NSU factories and client-side immediately.
adding more requirments, shall use 1.4 mm pin gauge 100% to measure the bore of all rivets in the process of production and assure that all bore should be ≤1.4 mm.
informing our suppliers of this undesirable phenomenon and ask them to introduce the 1.4 mm pin gauge 100% to measuring the bore of all rivets.
notifying all the ASSY staffs of the undesirable phenomenon.
