My lifestyle
My lifestyle is (very healthy). I get up at 6 o'clock in the morning(,) then I (do some exercising). I exercise every day because that is good for my health. (I have a regulated eating habit,because I like eating vegetables and fruits. I have vegetables in my meals every day and eat fruits) three or four times a week. Vegetables and fruits are good for my health therefore I try (to eat them as much as possible). I sleep 8 hours (everyday so i have enough energy to study and play.) I believe my healthy lifestyle can help me to study better.
