关于时间介词，
in一般指在一天中的某个时间，年份，比如in the morning/afternoon/evening, in 1995

on一般指在某个月份，星期，及一些特殊的日子，如on June, on Monday, on my birthday

at一般指在晚上，或是一些节日，如at night, at Spring Festival, at Christmas

on 在这里用是有强调妈妈是在我生日这天给我的，不是在其他时候，就在我生日这天，应该有指给我礼物的意思。
