Additional instructions:
1. all banking charges outside of Turkey including reimbursing charges are for account of applicant.

3. third party as shipper is not acceptable.Short form /Blank back B/L is not acceptable.On deck shipment is not allowed.

附加说明：

3.不允许第三方托运。不允许缺货或者无货提单的情况。货物不得堆放在甲板上。

我方要求贵方以我方名义开立与上述说明（合适处打x）相一致的不可撤销信用证。此信用证应符合《跟单信用证统一惯例与实务》（会经常修改、修正和更新）相应的要求。
你这是开证申请书里面的内容呀，这些东西你想怎么约束卖方你就怎么写。不一定限于这几条的：
附加指示：
1、所有的在土耳其以外的银行费用包括偿付费由开证申请人负担（呵呵，你是进口商还是出口商呀，这一条写得有意思）
2、单据须在前进装运日后15天内提交，并须在信用证的截止日前提交。
3、不接受第三方做为托运人，简式提单/背面空白的提单不接受，货装舱面不接受。
4、允许数量与金额上下浮动 %。
5、所有单据一次性寄送。
6、其他条款（如有）
我司要求贵行代表我司并从我司帐上扣款按照上述标X的指示开立不可撤销的信用证，这份信用证将受当前ICC的UCP的约束。
