楼上这话说的就不对了，英文版面的人不懂生物，我就见过把cell-wall翻译成“细胞墙”的人。

为了检测Foxp3和ErbB2启动子是否有互作，我们提取了Foxp3-V5 cDNA转染的TSA细胞的染色体，作超声降解处理，再用anti-V5抗体使其沉淀，然后通过实时PCR的方法测定被anti-V5结合的ErbB2启动子序列的数量，将其和同等条件下被小鼠IgG结合的序列数量作比较。

precipitation指的就是免疫共沉淀反应。
