1.turns改为turning
2.suffering后最好加上s，指具体的很多痛苦和磨难，不加的话是指抽象意义上的痛苦磨难。然后狄更斯名字正确写法应该是Charles Dickens
3.强调句型嘛，it is...that。that肯定不能省。后面的the应该改为a
4.我的翻译版本（仅供参考）：I think the two proposals above are very important to those who were born in the 1990s.
1.turns---turned
2.没错
3.这种THAT的定语从句不是随便省略THAT的,情况太多了,解释很麻烦,这种情况不省略
4.i think these two tips above are valuable for the kids borned after 1990
