摘要：资金是企业的心脏，推动经营运作，资金管理是企业财务管理的核心，后台支撑企业营运。对企业而言，如何提高资金管理水平，通过合理的集中控制和统一管理，以实现财务资源的优势聚合、财务关系的协调统一，是促进企业资金的良性循环和财务目标的实现的关键。本文拟从现行企业资金管理中存在的问题出发，对其进行分析，并提出相应对策。
