这个条款是银行的霸王条款，叫不符点扣费条款，几乎每家银行都有的。你这条的意思是：
每次提交的单据如果没有严格符合本证条款，受益人须支付80美元或等值金额以供联系开证申请人之联系费用。
这个应该是个给银行的通用条款，意思是说：在受益人每次提交给申请人的单据里面，如果有不符合信用证条款的点，就需要支付80美元或等值的不符点手续费
每次交单出现与信用证条款不严格一致的情况时，USD80或等值其他货币的不符点费将由受益人承担，同时不符点信息也会向申请人提示。
