If we send a notice of discrepancies to the presenter, we reserve the right to accept a waiver of discrepancies from the applicant and subject to our concurrence with such waiver, revoke that refusal, retract any statement in the notice that we hold the documents at the presenters disposal, and honour the presentation of documents by taking them up and paying, accepting, or incurring a deferred payment undertaking for them: provided, howerer, that we honour the presentation of the documents prior to ( the time allowed for honour under article 13 and 14 of the UCP) (or) (prior to the time we receive the demand of the presenter that the documents be returned or otherwise disposed of ) (whichever is the later time).
