If I understand your question, you are asking if your teaching assistanceship or research assistanceship qualify as employment experience. Based on my years of experience in Immigration and my knowledge of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act, I would say no.
The experience must be full time employment experience. Your research assistanceship first of all is not a full time commitment and second not a paid employment. You might have received financial compensation, which is in the form of subsidy, grant, loan or others, but not in salary.
