轧机油膜轴承实验台控制系统的研究

[摘 要]：根据轧机油膜轴承实验台的测试要求，介绍了用于大型轧机油膜轴承参数测试的控制系统设计方法，开发了基于PLC的控制系统，通过工控机与PLC通信的方式实现了油膜轴承试验台系统参数的测试，同时实现了轴承速度、压力、油温，流量值等参数的测试。实际使用证明该控制系统具有可靠性高、使用方便、自动化程度高等优点，数据采集界面友好已投入使用且运行良好。
