宾语从句

主句用了过去式，所以所填的动词也要用相应时态

选D

carrying only certifiably organic products 为 insist on的宾语
a supermarket that…… that 引导定语从句 ，修饰a supermarket ，
所以选D insisted

这不是系表结构 that后面修饰 suppermarket 是个定语从句
从句时态要和主句 一致 所以D

这句要选 B 的话就把that去掉 变成现在分词作定语 也对
