摘要:目的对丹参的脂溶性化学成分进行研究。方法采用硅胶柱色谱法分离，根据波谱数据分析鉴定结构。结果从丹参根的乙醇提取物中分离得到5个脂溶性化合物，分别鉴定为丹参酮Ⅱ-A(Ⅰ)、隐丹参酮(Ⅱ)、丹参酮I (III )、丹参新酮(Ⅳ)、丹参醇 A (Ⅴ)等；丹参具有改善缺血再灌注损伤、抗肝细胞损伤、免疫调节、抗感染和明显的抗肿瘤等药理作用。
