The guarantee, its term, as well as the date it will enter into effect, are agreed in Annex2 to this contract. In all case, the guarantee shall enter into effect as of the moment the goods are put into operation or exploitation, or as of the delivery date, understanding as such that of the bill of lading, as specified in the above mentioned Annex2.
在本合同附录二中，通过了关于有效期及生效日期的保证。不论何时，只要本产品已经开始使用或被利用，或交货期已到，如在上述附录二中提到的提单，则本保证立即开始生效。
担保书，担保时效、以及担保生效日期，都会在合同的第二个附件中达成一致。在所有情况下，担保将从物资付诸实施或使用时生效，或者从交货日期生效。诸如提货单之类的理解将会在上面提到的合同的第二个附件中详细说明。
