6.2. In case the value of the supplied goods is different from the value provided by Proforma Invoice, then the sum of the Final payment for a shipment of goods is determined as a difference between the cost specified in the Commercial Invoice, of the delivered goods and the sum of the Prepayment for the given shipment of goods.

应该是这样

如货不对板（即发票上的货物与实际收到的货物价值不符），那么货柜（集装箱）的最终支付额将由商贸发票与预付金额之间的差额决定。
