论施工项目成本控制中存在的问题及解决方法
摘 要
随着市场经济的不断发展，建筑企业面临的竞争越来越激烈，对于建筑企业而言，施工项目成本是关系到其能否在激烈的竞争中生存发展的一个重要因素。作为现代施工企业都应建立一套适合自身的成本控制的管理模式，目的就是要达到指标分解，纵向到底，横向到边，全员参与，每项成本、费用指标都有帐可查，有人控制。施工企业项目成本控制是企业增加利润、扩大积累的最主要途径，是工程项目管理的关键。因此抓住施工项目成本控制，就可以及时发现和解决施工项目生产管理中存在的问题，使生产和管理始终服从于保证工程质量和降低工程成本这个主题。
本文从施工项目成本的基本概念和内容谈起，对项目成本控制的原则及实施项目成本控制的必要性做了详细论述，并对项目成本控制中存在哪些问题进行了分析，对如何加强施工项目成本控制提出了相关建议。但是，目前建筑施工单位在其项目成本控制中存在着很多不足，导致成本浪费严重。因此，如何加强项目成本控制，是所有建筑施工单位都必须重视的问题。
