1、水泥路面井座安装时，在井口的砖砌体上用C25混凝土浇铸20cm厚圈梁抹平，一定要保持井座四方着实，整体平整，不得松动，并在井盖外圈浇半径40cm混凝土保护圈，保养期要在10天上。
2、在水泥路面上安装井盖时，一定要注意避免施工机械或其他运载材料车辆直接碾压井座，在路面整体浇铸时，应预留在路面比井座略大的孔，在浇铸铺完后安置。（砼路面应在二结石铺完碾实后安装）确保井盖质量以延长使用寿命。
3、为保持井盖外表的美观，表面花纹和字迹的清晰，在水泥路面施工时，应用塑料膜将井盖盖好，以防止水泥砂浆沾染井盖表面，损伤表面花纹、字迹。也可在当天施工完时用水将井盖表面清洗干净。
4、道路用混凝土将井座浇铸或铺设后，并及时将井盖打开清扫，避免砂浆将窨井盖与座浇成一体，以免影响日后开启。
