看一下，此句型有没有什么错误

Recently，there has existed a decisive dispute about/on/that/whether......
写作想用，但不知道有没有什么问题
但recently 后面不是要用完成时吗？？？
有 there exist 这个句型

1） 在‘recently’副词句子中，有用现在完成时态的；
2） ‘there exist’句型成立的。

这应该是个there be句型吧!最好把has换掉

有. 不过这种说法不常用.
