我今天拿着你给我的信用证到银行，银行的工作人员告诉这只是信用证的草单，而并不是真正的信用证。如果你在12月3号开出信用证的话，我们在12月7号就可以收到。但是到现在我们还没有收到你们的信用证。所以麻烦请问一下你们的银行，问问他们是否已经给我们开出信用证了（在开立信用证之前银行都会打印出草单，但并不意味这已经给我们开出信用证）。如果银行没有开出来，那么请顺便修改一下信用证的最晚截止日期。
