UC知道高分急求：ansys CFX问题

我的是笔记本，联想ideapadY450，配置肯定没有问题，windows7操作系统。安装ANSYS 11.0后运行CFX后点击“CFX-Pre 11.0”和“CFX-Post 11.0”两个模块会出现如下提示：
Fatal Error
The application has encountered an unexpected problem and will now
terminate：
Aborting due to unexpected error:
comm::error:RemoteEngineProtocol::sendInternal-A fatal error has occurred
during communication with the engine:
socketError: Socket::socketSend-send: connection reset
Please report the error, along with the circumstances in which it occured.

cfx-solve模块可以运行，ansys也可以运行，不知道是哪里有问题啊，希望达人帮忙解决，万分感谢，一定加分！

1、你的win7装的是64位的还是32位的
如果64位，改32位，在ansys更新前无解（64位下模拟32位出现不兼容很正常）
2、还是兼容问题，报错显示某个引擎的交互有问题，用xp模式运行下试试看，win7对xp程序的兼容还是可以的。
ansys11.0是xp时代的东西了，你装在win7上出现问题很正常的。如果xp兼容模式还是不能跑起来，在ansys更新前肯定无解了，只能去网上看看ansys有没有更新了，这种工业软件出新操作系统更新应该能很快跟上的。大概8月份的时后matlab就更新了09b已经支持64位了，估计ansys也不远了吧。
另：不是授权出错，授权出错的报错不是这样的。以前用ansys时没装好的时候经常看到授权报错的，直接说明授权文件有问题，不是这样的错误提示。
授权许可有问题，你换个好点的许可证。要包含所有模块的。
兼容不太好,你可以从新加载一下哦
