9月24日上午刘总与Sineca Colleged的Miss Bodurka 和Mr Zheng就今后合作事宜再次进行探讨，双方均希望能够在11月组织南晟德MBA学员去加拿大进行学习考察，在成功地举办此次学习考察基础上，就下一步深入合作的主要构想如下：
南晟德顾问教育集团有丰富的各行业、各层次的客户资源，Sineca College是加拿大最大的公立学院，并与众多企业有合作关系，且有可能成立独立商业运做公司，这为合作提供了基础。
开展方式主要可以考虑如下方式
1．南晟德物色到能策划国际化合作交流的产业负责人后，可成立专项小组，Sineca College成立可以对外进行经营合作的公司（Miss Bodurka可策划相关事宜），为后期合作做准备；
2. 商务合作
1）南晟德负责组织同行业企业学员去加拿大，Sineca College联系相关专业企业安排学员到企业考察学习；Sineca College联系行业协会与学员进行商业合作及交流的洽谈；
2）Sineca College联系有投资意向的加拿大企业或机构到国内考察，南晟德用丰富的客户资源组织该项目接洽，促成合作项目；
3.课程合作：
1）南晟德的MBA学员在学期间的一堂（或更多）的MBA外教课程在Sineca College学习，学习期间另外安排商务考察；
2）Sineca College安排外教课程老师，南晟德与北弗确认老师认可事宜，向北弗推荐优秀外教派到国内授课；
以上仅为初步洽谈的合作意向，双方都希望通过第一次合作，对各自的运做能力有更进一步了解，寻找最为适合的合作方式，为今后更深入和广泛的合作奠定基础。
