Salary是年薪，wage是按小时算。

salary指白领工人、科学技术人员的工资，尤指年薪。如：
a salary of $12,000 a year 12,000 美元的年薪
wages指普通工人、雇员的工资，尤指日薪、周薪、月薪。如：
work at wages of $2,000 a month 从事每月2,000美元的工作

没有不一样就像我们说 工资 跟 工钱 是差不多的
